FOOD IS ADDING TO MY STINK?
Okay, yes, Depression Really Stinks! We get it. So what can we do to NOT make it stink more? Well, this one is tough, because if we are really worried about how bad we smell to the point that we care about the food we eat… Well, then we just might be well enough to take a shower!
Some of the following suggestions give off “The Most Offensive body odor” from foods. They may be the best food for use and eating them could help our depression. This is not medical or nutritional advice – it is just sinking stinky causing foods.
